We have 3 chickens (2 in one flock 1 in another) who are being lethargic and not eating very much. We are currently giving them VetRx orally, we think it's because of the cold (30F with snow and some wind) and we don't know what to do because we don't have anywhere else to put them inside the barn, we cant put a heat lamp in the coop (all chainlink with a small house to lay&sleep in) we might be able to insulate with old horse blankets, sawdust and hay.

Can you get a heating pad?
I would continue with the vetRX, if you hear any kind of respiratory symptoms, adding some honey water, and maybe a multivitamin and see if that helps.
Your climate is very cold. If it’s possible to get any type of heating, I’d do that too.

What breed are your chickens?

30F is not extremely cold if they have protection from the wind and a dry place to stay like a coop, building or barn.

You're giving VetRx, this is usually a "remedy" that people use to help temporarily alleviate symptoms of respiratory illness, much like humans using a bit of Vick's Vapor Rub when they have a cold.

Photos of the birds and their poop, what do you feed, including treats and how old are they?

Check them over for lice/mites and let us know what their crops feel like.

Give the birds sugar water or electrolytes to see if they will perk up. Once hydrated, then offer their normal feed.
