Chickens losing Feathers

My hens are 20 weeks old - healthy, eating well very docile - just perfect. I am concerned about them losing feathers. It looks like natural turnover not a molt because the have no bare spots. Is this a normal growth pattern?

Just new feathers growing replacing fine downy ones?? It alot in the run I could have made 2 pillows by now!! Thanks in advance.

I think it is normal, as long as they seem healthy and active.
