Chickens molting?? / Pecking each other. Help!

Your birds are very overcrowded.
I would switch their feed over to an all flock type feed that offers 18-20% protein and supplement 2-3 times a week with a couple of cans of tuna.
You need to either rehome half your flock or greatly expand their space and then put lots of "clutter" in the space. Things like natural branches secured to the walls for perching, wood chairs or stools to hop up on, pallets leaning against the run walls, wood chips to dig around in and places to sunbathe and dust bathe.

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!! :frow

I agree with others that your occasional healthy type-treats is fine as long as it's comprising no more than about 10% of their daily intake of food; it's more the lack of space causing an issue. Most will say coops need to be 4 square feet per chicken. That's especially important to keep to at least that if you are where chickens may be locked up for days/weeks at a time due to weather.

There is no set time for molting really, sometimes it's seasonal or by age of the chickens.
