Chickens not eating or drinking. First day outside in coop.

Our 4 chicks are almost fully feathered. We just moved them outside today into their coop. When it started to rain here, we moved them from the run into their coop. Since then, they haven't come out to eat or drink. Is this normal or do we need to move them out ourselves to the water and food? This is our first flock so we just wanted to see if this is normal or if not, what we need to do? Thanks for any advise.

You will probably have to show them the food and water, possibly more than once.
