Chickens not going in coop??

My chickens are 14 weeks old they were doing reLly good and was going in there coop everynight before dark. Well now the last 5 days Ive found them huddled in a corner if the run. So I put a light in the coop and they seem to go in when I turn it on. When I first put them out there at about 7 weeks old I had the heat lamp on every night. Then I quit. Sooo what's up with them? Are they scared or something?

I found that mine did the same thing after taking the heat lamp off. Now I leave a light on in their coop til about an hour after dark to give them time to settle in then go lock them in and turn out the lights before I put myself to bed.
