I have two eggs in my medium sized incubator with the right humidity and they are stable, It is day 22 and I have seen no movement and no picks... Is there anything I can do?

They seem to be alive when I candled them...but I don't see an internal pip...Candle them to see what's going on. Keep them in the same position they are in in the incubator while you do this. A live embryo will fill the space under the air cell and have a red tint to it. A dead embryo looks very black and sinks towards the narrow end of the egg, leaving a watery gap between it and the air cell.
If you see a shadow in the air cell they have pipped internally.
