Chickens not Laying

I have 25 Black Austrolorps and 5 RIRs I used to get 25 eggs a day but now I am getting around 6 or 7. They are 2 years old so i know that that production will be down but is it that big of a decrease? This has been going on for about 9 months. I have also noticed that every once in a while there are really small bumps on the eggs, is this calcium build-up or possibly undeveloped eggs?

Most are molting now combined with the heat and there are not many layings going on! Yes they have all kinds of bumps and misshaped shells.
