chickens not roosting

hi there. I have 9 16 week old hens who just don't want to roost. at night when I go to lock them up they all huddle together in one corner. is there anything I can do to get them to roost

Mine are about 12 weeks old and they weren't roosting. I went out when it was nearly dark out and put them up on their roosts 2 nights in a row, and now they are roosting on their own.
