Chickens not sleeping in coop

Growth (the youngest are getting bigger) and pecking order aspects both likely at play.
Are the 7mo's laying yet?
I'd highly recommend putting another roost in.
Dimensions and pics of coop would help garner viable suggestions/solutions.

ETA:
Just looking at your other threads....idd you get 10 more chikcens since Nov 7?
15 chickens
Cause this current thread says 25...maybe a typo?
I have 25 standard chickens, I have 2 ~8ft long roosts and one ~5 ft long roost in the coop. I honestly have no idea

Idk exactly because we didn't build it
Probably not the best idea, but, I used mealworms as an enticement at first. Or even pretending to eat up in the coop by tapping my finger on the floor. They thought I was pecking at food and came running up. Just be quick to shut that door because as soon as they figure out you tricked them they will bolt. My four go up into the coop as it gets dark. But right now with the ground frozen solid they are not free ranging. They are in the run with a nice solid tarp around the fence areas. They go by the the sun. When it starts to set they go up.

If predators are not a major concern, like where I am, leave them be. I have a rooster that took 18 months to decided to go back to the coop at night. We're not sure why he changed his mind. I have several 6-7 month olds that insist on sleeping in the tree next to the coop even though several of their hatch mates choose to sleep inside.
Then main draw back for me is I can't grab them at night... I think some of the young ones know they're destined for freezer camp! A friend recently commented my chickens were more intelligent than his, I'm beginning to believe him
To try and control where the pullets are laying their eggs I've put a plastic storage tub outside with dummy eggs inside... worked like a charm. It's a storage tub with a lid, we cut a whole in the lid and laid it on it's side so rain doesn't get in. The girls love it.

Idk

Sharing more information would help. Size, numbers of birds, roosts, and arrangements of them, and pictures if possible. Chickens should always prefer a safe roomy coop to outside. So there's obviously something wrong.

Not all chickens want to be inside I've learned that the hard way myself with my ee's. Perhaps adjust your run to meet their needs, I have a 360 cage so they are safe even out of coop :)

Also you could have a HUGE coop and roosts and they would still fight bc of pecking order, mine "fight" a little nightly while trying to settle for the night

Just like kids. LOL. My four are doing better. The Wyans, I noticed today peck at each other. But my NH Red is slowly coming along. I'm just surprised that's she at the top of order. She's the smallest bird. And I think when the Wyans are fully grown they are gonna be bigger that the Buff and the NH Red. We'll how that works out.

It is funny, none of my bigger hens are top hen, my ee is the tiniest and meanest lol ,goes down to personality I guess :)

I have never had a single chicken try to sleep outside. The coop must feel safe. Generally most people try to crowd too many birds into their coops. The bottom pecking order birds have no where else safe to go in the coop so they find something outside.

Im sure that is a reason in some cases, depends on the birds. My ee's are 21 birds and not one will go inside their coop,

For mine I think they aren't as scared as some other chickens, my buffs are really scared and go in their coop like good chickens lol but the ee's are different so I've adapted to them :)

What does your coop look like and size of it? Not going in means they are afraid to for some reason.
