I have 2 silkies. Will they be okay?
If it is barely sprinkling and your silkies' are adults, than I don't think that it will be a problem. However, Silkies' feathers do not repel water well (as theuglychick said) so I would keep them in a covered run if that is an option.

However, I have not owned pure silkies. I have only owned silkie mixes that have really soft feathers and more downy feathers than most chickens.

! I would dry them off with a towel if they get too wet. 45 F is fine for chickens but I don’t think they should be wet during this kind of weather. It’s raining here too with a high of 45 F and I have all mine locked in their coop with snacks and water. Just my opinion, though…hopefully someone with more experience will chime in!
