She is a silly woman, that's for sure. She's one of the Poufy Head Sisters and the one who marches up to me to be picked up all the time. If I don't, she pecks my leg till I do. Demanding girl! Just wish she'd not henpeck poor Ol' Hawkeye, who never does anything but be sweet to his girls. Why she only wants his feathers, I'd love to know!

Hey GreggsEggs, axle grease does work. My rooster's comb was being picked on by the hens, so in a pinch at night "H" recommended trying AG--until I could get to the store. It worked! Everyone quit picking on "Woost," he healed up and got to stay in the general population. lol
Didn't notice any of the hens getting sick or anything, and it was business as usual in the coop. I'd recommend it in a pinch.
