First thing you probably need to do is isolate him from them so he can heal. Clean him up, put some antibiotic cream(without pain reliever) on his injuries and before you put him back in, put some anti-pick stuff on him. If you put him back in and it looks like they are going to continue picking on him, pull him back out.
I would try to isolate him where the others can see him, but not get to him-just so he doesn't really get his tail kicked when he gets put back with the flock.

Get some antipick lotion. Put enough on that it won't drip or get in his eyes or nose somehow. If you put extra on and the hens go back for another peck or bite I promise that will be their last. It's pretty fowl smelling and the taste has got to be awful. Once the area is blacked out they won't focus on it anymore. I had a rooster that my hens pecked his comb points. I applied a liberal amount of antipick and when one the hens went back for more she got more than she bargained for. I also had a week old chick that got one of the tail feathers picked out by another and I applied antipick and again it went back for another pick and left in a real big hurry and that chick hasn't had a problem since.

Where is a good place to get this Antipic lotion

You can use Neo Sporin, available at any drug store, just be sure NOT to get the "With Pain Reliever" or "With Pain Killer" because any of the topical ointments with pain killer are deadly dangerous.
