Chickens price?

I’m trying to sell two 6 month old Rhode Island reds. They are right around laying age. I think they may be laying. I’m not sure how much to sell them for. There nice healthy chickens but I have no idea how much laying chickens cost on average. Can y’all help?

Depends completely on your location, check you local Craigslist for laying hens for pricing

Look on local Craigslist and Facebook ads. What sells for 40 dollars here might sell for nothing there

Agree with the others, but as a very general rule, point of lay pullets, or young laying hens tend to sell for the most, so you should be able to put reasonable price on them.
