Chickens really like Chopin

I've found that my chickens really enjoy Chopin, particularly Andante Spianato (an optomsitic piece written by a teenage Chopin before Russia's invasion of Poland). They tend to come closer to the speaker when I play it. It also helps with eggs, as they produce on a daily basis when I am suck at home during the coronavirus and play them music daily on a cannon speaker. They also like Bach and some others but have little interest in Beethoven and to my sadness, the Beatles. Though they seem to be mildly fond of Grateful Dead.

I was editing some photos when one of the girls escaped to dig a massive hole in my garden. So I put her in a diaper and in my lap while I worked on my computer. She was really annoying at first making noises and being obnoxious in general trying to eat paper and knocking over my beer. Then I played some Chopin and she calmed down instantly. It's like a drug for them or something... They go into a trance it's hilarious.

Her name is Dora because she explores and gets into everything. She also eats treats like we've starved her all her life. The other chickens barely get any treats when she's around. Here is a home security video alert I got when I was at work. PS. there's nothing in the box, she is just looking for snacks.
