Chickens recognizing themselves.

Do chickens know it's themselves when they look at themselves through a mirror? I did that once and they were scared of it.

I don’t think they would recognize that they are the bird in the mirror becuase they have never seen that and don’t have anyone to explain it to them like babies don’t understand the concept of mirrors until they’re older
