Chickens refue to lay egg

Hi

I have several chickens and they laid eggs last years but this year almost zero. I am feeding them the same way as last year. They are only two years old. I had a hen brooding and added four new chickens to the flock. I am not happy with the egg production. what am I doing wrong?

What breeds? Certain breeds burn out quicker than others

Are they going outside to free range? Can there be any way a pedator could be getting in the coop and stealing the eggs. They would not have burn out at one year I would not think as Kevin565 said.

If they are free ranging they may be laying out side some where Check

Hi Kevin I have 4 new Marins, 2 Rhode Island Reds and 2 New Hampshires. I have look to see if they are laying in the area they wonder and free feed but no eggs.
