Chickens shaking heads and itching Mites?

My chickens are acting strange latley, they eat really fast and they choke and theyre iching and shaking thier heads alot. can anyone help?

I have heard on this message board that mites can do it, but on this website at the bottom there is a chart with shaking head and possibilities for respiratory disease. Are they coughing?
