chickens sleeping in nesting box?

I am having a small problem with the new custom coop I just built. We have 4 hens, three are a year old this week, the other is about 7/8 months old. All are laying, have always laid in the nest boxes without issue. Now that the new coop is built, they all go inside to sleep. The older three quickly assume position on the 70" long roost bar and remain there throughout the evening as far as I can tell. For five nights now, I have had to move the youngest hen from out of the nest boxes onto the roost which is higher than the boxes. I have blocked access to the boxes the last two nights and still she will not get up on the roost. I know there is more than enough room for the four of them on the roost bar and yet I am still struggling to get the new one to take to her new sleeping spot. Prior to this coop being built, she slept outside in our covered run on an old ladder which I have since removed so that the only option to roost is on the coop bar elevated above the nest boxes. Any further suggestions besides placing her on there every night and blocking off nest boxes until the morning?

If I absolutely had to, I could put in a second roost but with how long the one I have installed already is, there should be no need. This cannot be an issue about having enough space. The ladder is not an option because of the height of it vs. the height allowed inside the coop. My hope is that by blocking off the nest boxes and placing her on the roost bar for a few nights, she will just give in and join the others on the roost bar that is provided for them. Thanks for the feedback!
