Chickens sneezing

Hey y’all! I was out with my chickens today and noticed a few of them sneezing. I was hoping someone could help explain why? I am a new chicken owner and if this is a sickness I would like to fix it sooner rather than later. I noticed that they were only sneezing when they were in the coop or close to it. Could it just be dust causing it since it is dusty in the coop?
Just to add as well, I have been away for the past 2 weeks at college. My fiancé says he has not noticed this. So I really am not sure when this started.

It could be dust, but it could also be some sort of virus/disease. Are there any other symptoms? Runny nose, swelling in face, etc.
