Chickens Still Having Issues

Ok, so I'm at my wits end with these chickens, hopefully someone can help.

They are all 2 years old, heritage breeds (barred rocks, austrolorps, and wyandottes), never had any health issues but a few months ago they basically stopped laying. A couple also lay soft shelled/shelless eggs on occasion. We have 13 birds and are getting roughly 2 eggs a day. They free range and are offered fermented "feather fixer" food that is laced with rooster booster and kickin chicken feed supplement, as well as having dry, laying food in their hoppers. I have tried the following:

Worming
Confining them to their coop/run (in case of outlaying)
Upping food protein and changing feed (including adding fermented food as a daily offering)
Stopping all snacks (food scraps, et al)
Checking for mites/lice
Added ACV to their water
Bought flaked oyster shell in case they didn't like the regular granular shell that's always on offer
Different nest boxes (roll away, different bedding for typical nest boxes)
Checking for/collecting eggs multiple times a day
Calcium supplements

Overall, nothing really seems to be helping. They are still not laying many eggs (the most we've gotten in 1 day over the past 4 months was 7 and that never happened again). Do they just need to be culled at this point? I feel like I've tried everything with these birds and the ROI is just not there. I bought breeds that I thought will last longer than 2 years but maybe they're just done? I'm open to any and all ideas.

Sounds like a normal break in the laying cycle. Did you provide supplemental lighting during the winter?

Agreed. Supplements are not meant to be long term and can have the opposite affect if given too long. Hens taking a break from laying is perfectly healthy and normal. You already dosed them pretty heavily from what it sounds with calcium after the soft shells so at this point I would only feed their regular food and offer oyster shells on the side. If they are acting otherwise normal it’s just a break. If they were egg bound or having laying issues they would be lethargic.
