chickens switched their nesting place

My chickens are 11 months old. they have used the same boxes until now. for the past few days I have gotten 6 eggs out of 13 chickens. I peek in the coop and havent seen any inside. Today I peeked in and was so surprised. One hen has a nest on the floor under their roost, which has a poop board under it so it's a clean area. There were 15 eggs all nicely situated. Well, there they are, my missing eggs. Did a few switch so they could sit on them? One also laid an egg outside by the ramp. Go figure. They do what they want. I wish I had taken a picture.

No, they just do that from time to time. Especially when they first start laying.

I'd take good look at the nests to make sure there are no pests in them.
Block the floor nest with a bucket or something.
