Chickens, where they arent supposed to be?

Do any of you guys have chickens in your backyard but aren't supposed to becasue its against town or neighborhood rules. I am planning on getting some but its against neighborhood codes!

We aren't suppose to have them but..........

I don't think any of my neighbors will complain because I'm right on the boundry line of being able to have them. If I lived across the street behind me or the street beside me it would be ok.

We are only supposed to have them if we have five acres or more but the animal control officer told me that they only enforce the rule if someone files a written complaint.

Yep, in most cases you can pull it off, if you are considerate of your neighbors. Keep your chickens on your property, or be prepared to bribe with lots of free eggs....LOL
