It's not likely fat if she's still so young. It usually takes several years for a hen to start accumulating fat. And it often accompanies liver inflammation.

So that leaves an oviduct infection. If it were my girl, I would treat with an antibiotic and see if that makes a difference. Amoxicillin or penicillin at 250 mg dose per day for ten days.
