I have 3 buff leghorn chickens that were raised from chicks.
They have been living outside in a coop for 3 weeks. They are doing great!
I am having a hard time getting them to go back into their coop at night. I had heard rah they did this instinctually , but they don't seem to be getting the message.
Last weekend, I was unable to get them back in the coop before I had to leave. I didn't get back home until about midnight and I couldn't find them. They appeared Saturday morning in perfect shape. After observing them over the last couple of nights, they are roosting up in trees. How can I get them to go home at night?
