Chickens wont roost at night

I got 3 RIR that are 15 weeks old and they wont sleep on their roost at night they just stay cuddled up together in the corner of the pen on the ground....any suggestions or info.?

We have one chick that is slightly disabled. It is hard for her to roost so one, two, sometimes all of them go back and snuggle with her at night.

Completely normal to still be sleeping on the ground. About the time mine start to lay is when they transition over to the roost.
