Chickens

I live in an area that does not allow people to have chickens, is there a way that I could still have them?

You could do it in stealth mode or work to change the ordinances. Is it the city ordinances or subdivision indentures that are the problem?

Our town allows chickens but the subdivision does not.

Subdivision rules are one of the hardest nuts to crack and usually it doesn't go well. By moving into a subdivision, you're basically agreeing to all the indentures. In my experience, changing ordinances is fairly easy compared to getting subdivisions to give up their position.
