Hi I'm new th keeping chickens can any 1 help me out ? every time I got in the run before I smoth the they puff there feathers and stamp there feet what do that mean ?

Are they roosters or hens? If roosters, they want to intimidate/fight you. If hens, they are lookin' for lovin'.
