I have 19 chickens do I need 19 nesting boxes too

19 egg boxes would be way to many! I only have 5 chickens, and have 2 egg boxes. I would say 1 box for 3 chickens. Sometimes I will find 2 hens in one egg box, and the other one is empty! Not all hens will have to lay an egg at the same time, so there is no need to have an egg box for every hen. Hope I helped!
