I've done enough nudging lol
BUT the available puppies page says that they have 8 four week old puppies, 4 males and 4 females

*I meant 8 two week old puppies, I got mixed up

20 minutes until I'm walking neighbor's puppy again! I've read up on how to get them to walk nicely without putting so much pressure on their necks, so I'm feeling good about it.

How do you train a guard dog? (Not a watch or security dog) so a dog which will be polite to stranges when I am there but will bite if it needs to, I don’t need it to be friendly to strangers just not aggressive

This gives me the willies. Have you trained a dog in basic obedience? Will it come when you call? If you have not done that, don't even think about teaching your dog to bite. If your dog bites someone, it may be confiscated by the authorities and quarantined to be sure it doesn't have rabies unless you can prove it is up to date on its shots. Even if it is, you may be liable for medical costs, both physical and emotional, for the person who got bit. Don't do it!

Do Kooirkerhondje. I'm not positive but I think my family had one of these when I was growing up. My dad got him while my mom had taken us kids out of town for a couple of weeks to visit her family, and when we got home he had this black and reddish-brown puppy he had gotten from his Dutch friend. He had named the dig, get this, "Corky," which is what the beginning of this breed name sounds like. Sort of like "corky-hond-ye." He had the big white plumed tail and he was fascinated with our parakeet. He also had the distinctive "earrings."
