If you don't think that he's a bite risk, when out in public, if someone wants to pet him, be like 'can you do me a favor and touch his [body part]?' sub in paws, ears, tail, etc, and give him lots of treats so that it's a positive experience.

Maybe invite a friend over for socialization, repeat? Make your friend some cupcakes for their trouble and figure out where his threshold is, and do different exercises that involve treats, both from you and from friend.
That's just possibly the least healthy cross ever made from the finest examples of poor breeding. Those dogs are almost guaranteed to have joint problems and behavior problems and will most likely end up in shelters for most of their short lives, and people are trying to turn this into a 'designer' dog 'breed' when really it's just a mutt that was created to make a quick buck, which is disgusting. I don't see how not liking that is 'rude'.thats rude
