is it the white color or the blue legs that we are talking about

the "blue" looks like a silvered blue

As you can see, the hackles on the isabellas are a pale gold color, as well as the saddles on the rooster. The hackles on the blues are just a darker version of the blue. The main color on the isabella is lavender, while the only colors on the blue is blue.
