is that all your yard or does he already have good enough recall to be off leash?

ND found a feather yesterday and spent 5 minutes sniffing at it, barking at it, circling it, and periodically just running away from it or jumping back from it
it was adorable

Do Bedlington terriers have to have their hair groomed to get that awful head shape or are their heads naturally that shape?

Thanks! The first few are in the yard, which is fenced, and the last two are at my parents. They have some woods we go explore or sometimes we’ll just walk all along the perimeter of the yard (big yard LOL) and he just sticks right next to me when we go over there He’ll sometimes get some zoomies or get a little bit further lately but I just call him and he comes running.

I’m sure eventually he’ll need a leash and the weird thing is in the yard he isn’t great lately

But when we’re exploring he sticks right there

Those ones though were next to the driveway and yard haha but even when we’re deeper in them, he never loses me. He also honestly HATES when I get out of sight even in the house, he freaks, so he doesn’t let it happen when he has a choice.

It looks like the hair is cut to make it round, because if you look at ungroomed ones they do have a stop
