Also! Speaking of slip collars (choke chains) ND has been given one! i don't really feel comfortable walking her in that! i do not think that it is what would be good for her! but! i am not a dog trainer! and I have no authority! at all! i am! not thrilled about this! and it is a source of stress!

Me too! And with our last dog, I couldn’t drive so didn’t and then DB & SIL’s they just never ended up doing I with the first one and then once you have multiple they train each other lol but I’m super excited to finally do it haha

I have resigned myself to the fact that Finn will probably be from a puppy mill and have concluded that I couldn't have done anything so at this point I should just plan activities for a super energetic dog, and learn my lesson for the future

Yeah... thats ok! you live and you learn, and it wasn't your choice. It was your parents. Its OK! to have a puppy mill dog!!! as long as you know better!!
