going out for a training session with the dumbell

I didn't work on dumbells

instead I worked on disk. He caught every roller, and out of the 100+ disks I threw, he caught two. He's kind of slow, anybody know how I could send him out so he has a head start? the only two times he caught it, he started running before I even threw the disk

I would say fake throw it with the word 'go' so that he runs out, then throw it

he jumps straight up, then starts running after the disk, which does him no good

you know when you sike out a dog with their toy and they start chasing after nothing? I'd like him to do that

right now I tell him out, and he jumps straight up.. NO LIKE GO OUT GO AWAY FROM ME RN
