First 5 seconds: When you take your puppy for a walk, does it look like this?

THANKFULLY it doesn't-
It does say to not use a harness, which makes much more sense
I"ll do that once he grows into his collar, it's as tight as possible but if you need to put pressure on it it's still loose enough to just pull the collar around and not actually work the way it's supposed to

He has the aforementioned flat one that's too big, but it was a HUGE pita to put the tags on. I'm going to try to tackle the issue when he pulls when going home first. Part of the reason that he's on the harness is that when he's on the collar, the only thing that he can focus on is biting the leash.
