This bird is a lot younger. She shouldn't necessarily have such a big comb at this age.

I'm 99% sure it's a cockerel.
I'm positive there are saddle feathers, but I'd like a photo of them up close, if possible.
The face looks male to me. I know you can't always judge it by that, but I just see a male.

Ya but that is exactly what my chicky looked like at that age

I see hen I had the same breed and she had the biggest red comb and waddles so until she crows I would assume that she is a she and not a he

That is a White Leghorn, not a White Rock, and you must also consider age when judging by comb size and color.
