Chicks 3 dead?

Anyone know what might be wrong here? I just received these from Ideal Poultry Friday and have had 3 die 1 had a deformed beek which I didn't expect to live the other 2 I have no Idea. I ordered 15 they sent 20 so i am still good just want to make sure it is not something i am doing. The temp is between 90 and 100.

Sorry about the losses, it's hard to know because sometimes chicks just fail to thrive. This question would be better if posted in the Emergencies, etc. section. PM a moderator and they can move it for you.

But, you will be asked questions:

Do they have a way to get away from the heat? (Pretty hot temp you have there.)
What are the symptoms when they die?
What feed are you using?
What does their poop look like?
What bedding are they on?

Best way for us to know is for you to describe the symptoms prior to death.

It's not the heat because there not trying to get away and the bedding is pine shavings. I raised 12 barred rocks the same way and all of them lived
