So after hitting a dead end with one local silkie breeder I went on a mini roadtrip and got 6 silkie chicks and 2 polish. I'm not sure everyone is drinking correctly, though not for lack of trying on my part. Just something else to worry myself sick about I guess. Hubby called from work and said "ok how many..... Ummmm less than the 10 I wanted and more than the 3 you wanted. I mean 3 chicks, whats the point of the drive for only 3? Ha, good thing he had to work today!
