Chicks and mareks.

Should I have a problem hatching polish bantams if one of my hens may possibly have mareks? Where should I isolate them and how do I go about vaccination? Sorry to sound like a thicko! We just planned to hatch these eggs and they're already developing so I don't want to give up on them! Sorry if this is the wrong forum :s
