Chicks are sneezing a little and have runny nose

I have two chicks that are sneezing sometimes and have clear runny noses, it doesn’t seem to bother them, they are still eating and drinking and running around like crazy, should I worry about this at all?

Their food is a little dusty and they shove their faces in it, is the dust what’s making their noses run?

Possibly. We don't have enough information to work with. Age? Source? Brooder type? Around any other birds?

Week old, not around other birds, wooden brooder I’ve been using paper towel as a substrate, food in a dish but they scatter it everywhere, I noticed a few grains of dust in their noses on closer inspection
