Chicks aren’t hatching!

I have two chickens and they have four eggs each, this is the evening of the second day of the hatching process and a egg has a small crack in it along with one hatched chick in one of the nests, the egg has been like that for 2 and 1/2 hours, should I worry/intervene? Or should I let the mother hen handle this? I’m getting worried about if all the eggs will hatch

I would not intervene for a considerable time. The chick could be taking a rest before resuming its hatching efforts.

It can take up to 24 hours after pipping for a chick to start hatching. Definitely don't interfere.
