Mine have been in the dark at night since they were three weeks old - they grew up through that awful heat wave we had, so their heat lamp was off way back then. They're eight weeks old tomorrow, and it's so cute, I just went out to check them and they're on the backs of the chairs we put out there as temporary roosts, eight on one, seven on the other.....we have got to get those poor girls some proper roosts! They have this little murmur when I go in to close them up, it's sweet to listen to.
