Chicks did well

I posted the other day asking if I should leave my baby chicks home when I went away for 2 days or if it would be better to take them with me (2 hour car ride each way).

I ended up leaving them here. Hubby got home yesterday afternoon and he told me they were all doing well. I got home a few hours after he did and I can't believe how big they got in those 2 days. The rooster (who is a little bit older) is even starting to get some feathers on his belly.

The little dudettes are a lot tougher than you would think!

I would say that would be fine. as long as they have food/water/safe source of heat (although heat isn't as big an issue now) as well as shade if they are outside. it is amazing how fast they grow.
