Does she know what caused that bacterial growth?

I am hoping I don't have anything like that happen, I have a broody on Day 16 - sitting now on 4 eggs, but two eggs broke under her on day 2 or 3 - I cleaned it out as best I could, but I didn't use any detergent or bleach or anything.
