Chicks died after internal pip

Hi all so my second lot of incubation I raised and hatched there parents, so I put some of there eggs in the incubator all well but never heard chirps day 23 went by I candled still slightly moving internal pip no outside movement or noise.. left while day 24 and a half did a diy pip to assist read all the thread beforehand, unfortunately chicks had passed both fully formed internal piped. Could there of been something wrong with them or have I done some thing wrong? I'm so upset

I’m not too experienced with hatching out eggs, but it sounds like you did everything correctly, unfortunately some chicks just aren’t strong enough to hatch. But I hope you get some more experienced people to help answer!

I agree with her this has happened to me on my very first hatch mine were shipped eggs was yours shipped?
