Help how do I put my 3-4 week old chicks to 10-11 old chick.
I come from losing 2 chicks and I found the others eating its insides (well they were already gone)

It is best to wait until the chickens are about the same size, and then a long period of seeing but no touching through wire seem to work best, ie dividing the coop into two sections or keeping the new/younger ones in a cage inside the coup for a couple of weeks to a month at least. The chickens will get to know each other and sort of work out a pecking order before actually coming in contact with each other. Letting them free range together is a good idea and should help... It will take a couple of weeks to get the pecking order sorted out. There is a nice article in the Learning Center on integrating flocks you might like to check out, the part about actually combining them is after the quarantine section https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/adding-to-your-flock
Double check that you do not have a predator problem, chickens will peck other chickens too death, but the missing insides makes me wonder if you have something else getting in the coop.

I'm sorry for your loss. So let me see if I understand: You're trying to combine your young chicks with your older ones? Sometimes that works, and sometimes it doesn't. One thing to try is let the two ages of chicks see eachother (but not touch) for several days to a week. By the end of that time, they may have gotten used to eachother, and will integrate fine. If that doesn't work, you could try introducing the chicks to eachother in a different, larger area. If the area is neither flock's territory, they may not fight as much.

If none of those methods work, I would wait until the young chicks are at least eight weeks old, and then try introducing them. Otherwise they will be too small/weak to defend themselves against the older ones.
