Cocci is a parasite, not an infection. Corid will get rid of the parasite.

Just search for Coccidosis treatment on this site on the pinned posts and check it out. It is an overload of a parasite. The Corid is most often found in powder form at the feed store in the cattle section though is in a few stores in a liquid form. This is a condition you really should read up on and know about for future use.

I have them on amprol since Monday. All signs of sickness are gone and the little ones are doing just fine.
