Chicks dying

I have lost 5
Had a hen sitting on eggs
Bought to my Bantam from tractor supply chain. Added them to hers when hatched and her first one for weak and does. After one of the tractor supu chick died. Now two more look week. I have noticed pasty butts . I have have save a chick and yogurt and med chick starter
