We need more information--there is a list of ? in the Emegency Diseases & Injuries section. That might get us started. There are just SOOO many things that can go wrong with incubation. Are the chicks warm enough? What is your set up? What were the conditions of the hatch? How many chicks all together? How is the health of the hens that laid the eggs?

I started with 20 I have them in a box the temp is always between 85 and 90

How old are they?

Do the have a place to get away from the heat?

What kind of brooder set-up do you have going?

They do have a place to go if they get to hot there like 3 days old

What's the temp at chick level?
How soon after hatching them are you moving them to the brooder?
Are you having to "help" any out of the shell?
What kind of bedding?
What kind of food?
Are they being properly introduced to the water?
Are the getting trampled or smothered by the others?

There are so many variables that it would really help us help you if you could give much more detail.
