Chicks eating too much?

I am a new chick owner so please forgive me if this is a simple question. My chicks seem to eat all of the time. Can they other eat? Should I control the amount of food that I give them? Thanks for the help.

As long as you didn't accidently get cornish cross chicks, which are meat birds, they will not over eat. They need to eat constantly because they grow at an alarming rate. Best of luck!

Glad to know it's not just me. Got my peepers this morning and the only time they aren't eating is when they are flat out sleeping!

thank you for your question i'm new to this also and my chicks are almost 2 months old and they eat all the time i was going to ask the same question,to me enough is never to much for them
